Yes. The Smoky Mountain Relic Room takes great pride in authenticity. Many items include our official COA, and all qualifying artifacts and fossils are backed by our limited lifetime authenticity guarantee.

The Smoky Mountain Relic Room stands behind the items we sell. So, we offer a limited lifetime Guarantee on the Artifacts and Fossils we sell. You can exchange any time for an equal amount of merchandise if the item sold, is found by  Certified Authenticator not to be the Authentic artifact or fossil we advertised it as being.  A letter, specific to the fossil or artifact in question from a Certified Authenticator, must be brought in with the item for the exchange to be acceptable. This Guarantee of Authenticity is for the lifetime of the initial purchaser only. Certified Authenticators must be in the business under the occupation specific to the artifact or fossil in question for this exchange to be acceptable.
