The Reijgersdaal was a Dutch East India Company vessel built in the mid-18th century for long voyages between the Netherlands and Asia. The VOC (Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie) was one of the largest and most influential trading companies in the world during the 17th and 18th centuries. Ships like the Reijgersdaal played a key role in transporting goods such as spices, silk, porcelain, and other luxury items between Europe and Asia.
