Do you sell gift cards?
At this time, The Smoky Mountain Relic Room does not offer the sale or acceptance of gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have a collection for sale..what should I do..?
For individuals who are interested in selling their collections, we kindly request that you email us at RELICS@SMKW.COM, providing detailed pictures and information regarding your collection. We highly encourage this approach, as it allows us to thoroughly evaluate each collection. Please note that not all collections may be accepted, and our staff may not always be available for walk-in inquiries.
International Orders
We do extend international shipping services for a majority of our items. Recognizing that shipping expenses may be substantial, it is regrettable that we are unable to intervene in this matter; the charges are aligned with our own costs. As prospective buyers, it is incumbent upon you to be well-informed regarding the stipulations governing international deliveries. Prior to making any purchases, we strongly advise conducting thorough research on customs regulations pertaining to the transportation and importation of fossils and related items. Your understanding and proactive approach in this regard are greatly appreciated.

I saw an item in store but not on the website!
Absolutely true. We've got things in our store that you won't find online, and vice versa – unless you've set up an appointment to see an online item in person. Lots of unique stuff in our store, and a wide range of choices overall. Our Chasing History displays are waiting for you at both spots. Just remember, if you're eyeing an online item for an in-store visit, you need to book an appointment beforehand. No appointment, no access.

Certificate of Authenticity
Rest assured, the authenticity of our artifacts and relics is unequivocally guaranteed. Our unwavering commitment to this assurance is underscored by our collaboration with seasoned experts in each respective field, whose meticulous scrutiny ensures the bona fide nature of every item and its accompanying historical narrative. In instances where a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) accompanies an item, this important documentation will be expressly incorporated into the item's description. Conversely, items lacking such certification will not be referenced within the description.
